Information about our cancellation and refund policy, including changes to event content, for SCEL events.
Cancellations by delegates
To cancel a place on a SCEL event, notice of cancellation must be given by email to firstname.lastname@example.org
- If you cancel at least four days prior to the event you will receive a full refund minus a 10% administration fee.
- If you cancel less than three days before the event you will not be entitled to a refund.
No refund will be made for non-attendance at the event.*
Name changes by delegates
To change the name of a delegate for a SCEL event, notice must be given by email to email@example.com at least three days prior to the event.
Cancellations by SCEL and changes to event content
SCEL events may be updated and while we endeavour to deliver the event as advertised there may inevitably be occasions where we have to change content without prior notice or, in exceptional circumstances, to cancel an event.
In the case of an event cancellation delegates will be offered a full refund.*
*Occasionally circumstances will arise which result in the need to cancel, reschedule or postpone an event, due to an unforeseen occurrence. When this is the case SCEL will assume no liability.
